PS Library creating Smart objects when dragging from library

Hi all need some hlep here. when i drag an item from the library it creates a Smart object. allthough i like smart objects when a file is saved with a smart object it stalls our sysem work flow. the program we use to compose our files does not know what a smart object is and stalls. this creates problems in our work flow.
we can always rasterize each library item but that never works and some get lost in folders ect. Is there a way to stop the library form makeing the draggable item a smart object? i tried to disable the Alway Create Smart Objects when Placing but that had no resurlts with the library.

Dragging objects from a CC Library creates a smart object, linked to the library.

Option dragging from the CC Library also creates a smart object, but independend from the Library.

Control Click the Layer name and Use Rasterize Layer to make it a regular Photoshop layer.

Thanks Ton for the Reply but we have tried that ave. and with our volume of retouchers and files, they snek in or the operator forgets to rasterize the layer. i know you would think that would work but it doesn't.

Maybe a scripter can write something smart that rasterizes smart objects when saving the file (I am not a scripter so I don't know if that can be done).

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
