PS menu titles disappeared so as window buttons of minimize restore and close

Hi,

i'm using photoshop on creative cloud and the menu titles disappear at start, so as window buttons (minimize, restore and close)... the features are in fact there, because they appear on click, but its impossible to figure out where they are.

I've tried uninstalling this version and install older ones, but it's the same... Only happens in photoshop, other products are ok, such as illustrator, dreamweaver, etc...

Any help?

Would you check if there are any new updated available for your computer Graphics Card!
Do you have dual Graphic cards on the computer?
