PS Update Feb 2023 - saving to creative cloud no longer working

I dont have permission to upload a video.

It is a few seconds long and all i do is right click on the image in lightroom,  edit in photoshop, it then opens photoshop.  I then click on save as, the same as I always have, and it no longer comes up with the would you like to save in creative cloud or your computer option.  it just goes straight to the save file to location in finder as I would with any other document.

I use the creative cloud for storing and working on the files as I travel.  I post a photo a day as part of my job and I built my workflow to fit into your system that no longer works.

please advise if you really need the video to see me click on the buttons as above, or we can do a video call and I can share my screen. thanks @CShubert 
I can then show you the frustrating reason why I need to use lightroom and photoshop and on the road ps express and none of them work together as advertised.  I would like all to go through creative cloud but not all your programs save there.   Sorry, getting a bit frustrated atm.  Adobe is expensive and i like the outcomes, but the hassle to get it to work is a constant pain.  Each update requires new learning and changing of workflows that is a constant battle.

when use CC (creative cloud) to edit in photoshop 2023 then I can save back to creative cloud.

When i use lightroom 6 or just now lightroom classic (i dont use as need the cloud due to always travelling), and i right click to edit in photoshop, then I am unable to save to cloud anymore.

The team was wondering if you can open any files FROM CC?  Would it be possible for you to do a screenrecording  showing your steps and the error/screens you are seeing?  Testing here and are not able to reproduce what you are describing.

It may help if we could see your Photoshop System Info. Launch Photoshop, and select Help >System Info...and copy/paste the text in a reply.

i am following instructions in order of replies and the required steps contained within... so assume I have followed step by step what has been instructed...  

Hi, @Benny J Artist I cannot tell from your answer if you tried to reset your preferences, as Cory suggested.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled photoshop 2023 and same problem.  I will have to change my whole workflow and presets on my system...  annoying without other solution.  hoping so!

(only mentioined not correct answer as I accidently thought it was after first trying the restore sorry, then i realised i can unclick the correct answer button... not being rude sorry!  really appreciate the help
