PS v25 'Save As' does not use the filename.

After the v25 update I've noticed that when I click on File->Save As instead of the filename of the file showing up I get Untitled-[last set of numbers after a '-'] an example would be Untitled-1234.tif.  I'm looking for a fix as I prefer the filename to be used as the name of the .tif file. This is on a Windows 11 platform.

    Fixed....
    I had to uninstall (keeping my settings) and installed again (that's twice).
