Question

PS window size

Please somebody, how do I get PS CC 2017 to open to exactly the same size window where I left it last time.  Saving the workspace and resetting it does not seem to do the job.  I'd like PS to open as essentially full screen on one monitor and about 20% of the other one.  Using Windows 10 Pro.  PS used to do that for me, but I got a new computer and had to reinstall.

You should be able to setup your area like that. Save it as  workspace configured like that and close and open Photoshop like that and reset the workspace should move thing about.

Photoshop opens like this on my machine. If I move thing it will open like I close Photoshop but I can always reset my workspace and Photoshop will rest to this.

That's what I thought and have tried, but when I reopen PS, it reverts to a small window.

In that case open Photoshop. Reset  your workspace then double click on  the top of Photoshop Frame or use the icon in the top right corner to expand  Photoshop's window to fill the display.   Then use menu Window>Workspace>New Workspace  in the dialog enter your workspace name and click save.   Reply yes replace  or save over the existing one.  Close Photoshop and then re-open Photoshop see if the save fixed your problem.
