Is it possible to create a workspace on one computer and then move to another computer in the office and use that same workspace? If so how, thanks!

You can use 

Window > Workspace > New Workspace 

to save a .psw then copy it from the User-Folder 

~/Library/Preferences/Adobe Photoshop 2023 Settings/WorkSpaces

to the corresponding Folder on the other computer.
