Psb,Psd files are not saving properly

Hi, I'm currently working on a large PSB file, after I finished work yesterday, I saved everything and closed normally. But this morning, when I opened Photoshop, I got an error (I forgot to take a screenshot of the error). The PSB file I was working on last time did not appear on my home page, and the files I was working on yesterday were not saved. (Even though I saved the file properly.)
It happened more than once while working on this file, but I just realized that it's not saving the changes made to the file.

The autorecovery option is selected, but the folder containing the recovered files is empty.
When I get the error, my home page is filled with random Adobe Fresco cloud files instead of the last files I was working on.

Photoshop Version: 25.3.1
OS: Windows 11 64-bit

The files shown on the homescreen are just a set of links. Losing them does not mean the original files are gone from your system.

Recovery files are saved in case of a crash in Photoshop. If Photoshop closes correctly, they are deleted. So not seeing recovery files after a standard closedown is normal.

So that leaves the original PSD/PSB files. Are you able to see them in the location to which you saved them, using File>Open and navigating to that location on your disk?  Also are you saving to a local disk or to an external/network drive. The recommendation is always to save to a local disk and then copy (or move) to an external/network drive. Saving directly to an external/network drive increases the chances of file corruption due to connection issues.

I don't have an external drive, I only have a local disk, 1TB in size.
My psd and psb files are not lost, but they opening from the previous location without the changes and works I saved yesterday before I got the error today.
it's like I am losing the last work I did(which was properly saved) once I got the error.
