.PSD default icon showing as Photoshop icon

Hello Everyone!

I am facing a problem that my all Photoshop files (.psd) are showing icons of Photoshop...

As you can see the attached picture.

Kindly tell me how can I fix the issue! My other applications (i.e. Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects etc) are showing their default icons. Just facing problem on PSD files only.
