Every time I run the jsx script, this prompt pops up. Although I know I need to create the PSUserConfig.txt file to ignore this prompt, can the jsx script automatically create this file? Then it prompts to restart the PS software. I know that there are other code ways to create this file, but I don't know how to get the folder path through the running Photoshop.

For example, whether I am running Photoshop 2020, or the Photoshop 2023 beta, or any other version of Photoshop, I can use a jsx script to create this file.
