every time I use PW to tweak the shape of a photo it deletes some parts.
Using a mask or applying the mask before. It always gives me "chopped" results.

Make the layer a Smart Object first so the puppet warp is editable after you exit. It will appear as a filter under the layer, then double click it to go back in. Show a screenshot that includes your pins.
You might need to put down more pins along the edges to "anchor" the parts you don't want to move.

Well I was pretty sure that puppet warp doesnt apply to Smart object.
But it works.
It just does the same way breaking my graphic.

Show a screenshot (in Puppet Warp mode) that includes your pins.

is not that the pin moves.
puppet warp deletes some parts of the graphic.
