Hi, I live in Sri Lanka. Can you please let me know how to purchase adobe photoshop 2021? 

I cannot do so through the cloud as Sri lanka is not covered.

I tried a few of those vendors. But they still return me to the same adobe.
com page to purchase.

Is there any vendor you can recommend?

No, sorry, I live in another country. Have you tried emailing or calling them?

Click the chat icon in the lower right and type "agent" to get a human.

They may try to send you back here or give you the same link, so be sure to tell them you have tried that. Also, do not respond to anyone who PMs you pretending to be Adobe. Scammers like to lurk in forums.

I chatted with the customer care specialist at Adobe. they too areunable to help as I was told that there are no re sellers in Srilanka for Adobe.
