Query about Adobe Photoshop>Edit>Transform>Warp

Dear Photoshop expert users,

I've a query about photoshop>edit>transform>warp tool. whenever i made warp point about 10x10 grid i can't select a couple of point using mouse drug. It is easy to select couple of point in adobe illustrator but difficult to do in adobe photoshop. I need some specific area to make warp. Attached image for your reference. Could you please anyone suggest me?

If you'd like to add more points to the mesh that you can manipulate, then after you've selected the layer and gone to Edit > Warp, you'll see in the Options bar (Window > Options) some options to the right of Split. You can use these to indicate where on the image you'd like to split the warp crosswise, vertically, or horizontally.

I'm sorry this is not answering your question directly, but it would be easier to make that pattern shape to her body using a Displacement map.  Can you show us the original without the patter overlay?
