Question: WHERE do I find cartoon-like/animated eyeglasses to add to my photo in Photoshop?

I use a PC/Windows 11, not a MAC. Question: WHERE can I find cartoon-like/animated eyeglasses to ADD to my photo in Photoshop and HOW do I bring those eyeglasses onto my photo in Photoshop? I can't find any Youtubes on this. They don't show where I go to get the eyeglasses.

What did you choose? What was the file format? 

Could you please post screenshots with the pertinent Panels (Toolbar, Layers, Options Bar, …) visible?
