Question

Quick Export Settings Not Saving

Ever since the most recent update the previous settings aren't saving when I do a quick export.  For example, I export images as "Great" quality at 1500x1500.  Before this update, every time I did an export (Ctrl+Alt+Shift+W) those settings would automatically be the same for a specific document I'm working on.  Even after I save and close it, the next time I exported with that image the settings were saved.

I'm exporting 15 whiteboards and it's a huge pain to go through every single item in the export and change the settings for every one instead of them being saved already.

Any help is appreciated!

Thanks,

Clay

No.  23.1.0.  It's definitely not a setting I can see in the export preferences.  It just always used the prior settings for that specific image when exporting, this is a pain doing it this way for sure.  I appreciate your help!

Thanks for your response. Did you try to reset the preferences of Photoshop?

Hi there,

We're sorry about the trouble with Photoshop. Would you mind telling us the version of Photoshop you're on? Since when have you been seeing the issue? Have you tried any troubleshooting steps so far? Could you please share the screenshot of the export setting tab by going to Edit > Preferences > Export? We're here to help, just need some info.

Try resetting the preferences of Photoshop by: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/preferences.html

Backup your preferences before resetting by: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/preferences.html#BackupPhotoshoppreferences

Let us know if that helps.

Regards,

Tarun
