Quick Hand Tool on »H« instead of Spacebar?

Is it me or did Adobe change the key for the Quick Hand Tool in the newest version? I can't change the shortcut either, it says »use A-Z«...? What is this?

It is still "H"  except when having the cursor into some text for obvious reason : How could you so type H in your text?

And the shortcuts for tools are not accepting other keys but alphabetical…
