when I try edit in quick mask mode, as I used to do, I don't have a preview, try everything,… acting weirdly
when I saving a psd file into jpag, I have to go to save as copy and the erased word copy, or return to my old fork work flow, flatten image first and possible make mistake and save to psd flattened,….
save as is practically for nothing no more
now when I go to quick mask mode, I have no preview, so I have to return to my old fork work flow, just resize a mask outside
It is possibility to return to old version,….so many screw ups

I'm still using Photoshop version 20.x without problems.
In CC Desktop App. Go to Preferences (Avatar) and check the box to Show Older Apps (see screenshot).

Hope that helps.

Hi @Rudy CH
Choose File > Save a Copy (not Save As) to be able to save a JPEG from your PSD. This is new in PS 22.4.
“Only supported files that maintain your work will be supported in the Save As command. If the file type you’d like to save isn’t an option, go to Save a Copy and create another version in your desired file type.”

Hi Rudy,
When Apple made changes to the API and broke the Save As in Photoshop, the developers were left to find a fix that was cross-platform.
To leave a message for Apple, you can do that here: https://www.apple.com/feedback/macos.html

first of all, work good all the time on PC (better system) 😀
if apple broke it, they should fix it,.... as everybody yell on Windows,....
and now is not working properly, without hardship on PC, so they should fix it again They always introduce some good tool, and then break it, it is worst then before, because of Apple

I'm glad it's working for you now, Rudy, and thank you for reporting back. Everyone who answered on this thread is a volunteer. We don't work for Adobe and we can't fix anything!

Adobe Staff does answer sometimes on the forums — they have a red badge that says "Adobe Employee". The best way to reach the product developers is on the Feedback forum: https://feedback.photoshop.com/ .
Cheers,
