"Could not complete request because of a program error"

I still cannot find any solution for this problem . mine was a Photoshop cc 2017 and a Windows 10. When I first created the file, i was able to do usual stuffs and even saved it, but when i try to open it again, this message pops up in the screen. What am I suppose to do with it?

I need to open it ASAP, any suggestions?

Thanks to your suggestions , but i have already done that , and nothing seems to work

Then try to update the Photoshop to CC 2018 i think all will be good to go then...thank.
