"Could not complete the image size command because it's not a valid Photoshop document"
Hi
I'm using Photoshop CS6 and Windows 10.
Whenever I try to resize the Photoshop document that I've uploaded to here (because it's 127MB), using the "Image > Image Size" command, I get a message saying "Could not complete the image size command because it's not a valid Photoshop document".
Yet I can open it, edit it and save it without any problems - so it clearly is a valid Photoshop document, although there must be something about it that my version of Photoshop doesn't like. (The document was created by someone else but I need to edit it and then resize it.)
Any idea what could be causing the problem and how I can fix it?
I've tried resetting my preferences file, but that made no difference.
I've also tried creating a new PSD with the image size I want, then dragged all the layers from the problem file to the new file, and then selected all layers and tried to scale them using the Transform command - but I got a message saying it couldn't apply the transformation because it isn't a valid Photoshop document - and Photoshop then crashed!!
