"Could not complete your request because of a program error" whenever I try to open newly made .psd files

I've been trying to make something in Photoshop the past two days and it's fine when I'm on it. 2 Days ago I saved the PSD and closed out of Photoshop the next day when I opened the PSD file it came up with the error. I tried uninstalling it and trying some methods people had been doing before with the same error message. It came to a point where I just restarted and thought the file was corrupt and just remade it (which is annoying to have to do). Then I saved and closed out again and reopened to do some adjustments and the same error message popped up. I don't want to have to restart the whole thing again a third time and it does the same thing again as this may again happen to the rest of projects in the future, so any help would be appreciated as I do have to get this done in time. Thanks for reading

I got the same error as you in Photoshop, but I was able to open it in GIMP and do an export as in GIMP and then I was able to open it in Photoshop

I can open it but all the layers seem to be messed up, I kind of want a fix to it so I don't have to do that every time and have it messed up

Can you post your Photoshop system info, in Photoshop go to Help > System Info and copy and paste the entire thing into this thread, I know you mentioned that you reinstalled but have you tried using the Adobe cleaner tool

I assume you have a trial version of Photoshop, if you had a CC subscription you could try installing an older version to see if you still have issues
