Question

"Could not package the document (...) because the file name was not valid"

Hello guys,

im trying to solve this problem and I couldn't find how to do that yet. I hope someone has the solution!.

Ok so, this is the context:

1. Im using Adobe Photoshop CC 2017 (latest version)

2. I have these PSDs with different elements linked to Adobe libraries (some elements have elements connected inside to the adobe libraries too).

3. If I try to package them always appears this message: "Could not package the document (...) because the file name was not valid"

4. If I remove one particular library element in the PSD it works, the problem is that element is part of the content (so It should be there). I have checked it and inside everything looks fine (all elements are connected to the library, not missing files, not broken links, etc...).

5. Files are inside a Google Drive folder.

I have tried:

1. Changing the name of the file

2. Changing the name of the library element

3. Embed library element inside the PSD

4. Change the location of the file

5. Removing preferences file

6. Reinstall Photoshop

...And this is what I remember so far.

Could anyone help me pls?

Many thanks in advance guys
