the window “ libraries “ does not work. this es the second message I write for this issue. I am Paying 57.99  usd dlrs but your product does not work properly. If you dont fix it this I going to demand the refund of my money of the last 3 months and quit adobe and get clip studio paint.

I understand your frustration and I'm really sorry for the troubles you're experiencing. I noticed in the top bar that it says Photoshop 2024. Could you try updating the app to the latest release and see if that helps? Please also check if there are any updates available for Creative Cloud and update that as well. Thank you so much!
