"New document" dialog box disappeared in Photoshop CC 2018

Don't know if this is the ri place to ask my question, but I tried several others and did not get answer ;-(

I use the late Photoshop CC 2018

When I created a "new" document, I was prompted with a "graphic" dialog box.  But without doinf anything (to the best of my knowledge !) I reverted to the "old" dialog (text only) -

Where and how could I get back to the "graphic" interface ?

I unchecked "Photoshop > Preferences > General > Use Legacy »New Document« Interface" that was checked (for unknown reason) and it worked fine !
