"No se ha podido cumplir porque ha habido un error de programa" al intentar abrir una imagen

Al intentar abrir una imagen en photoshop como si fuera a definir el motivo, este mensaje sale. He cerrado la aplicación y la he vuelto a abrir, he movido las carpetas en la imagen al escritorio y el problema reincide.
