DESCRIPCIÓN DEL PROBLEMA
Esta situación me ha pasado ya con varias plantillas que he creado desde cero. Luego de hacer diseños para varias marcas y compilar varias informaciones de las mismas dentro de la plantilla (no todas) pero algunas me han dado este error. Eso se traduce en trabajo realizado que ya está perdido (salvo si exista una forma de solucionarlo).
Si te ha pasado y has logrado solucionarlo, favor dejar tu solución aquí para todos los que estamos pasando por esto.

Nota: He actualizado los controladores de mi tarjeta y los del equipo de manera general. Tengo actualizado el Ps a la última versión disponible.

Hi @Victor Bautista MK are you in the same version that you created them original in or did you create them in the beta or older version and are now opening in v 25?

Hi @Kevin Stohlmeyer. I created this template in May of this year, and over the months I have updated Ps every time an update is available. Something similar has happened to me with other older templates that I ultimately had to stop using because I have not been able to restore them.
So yes, the templates are older than the recent version of PS.
Like this one, I have also created other templates in non-beta versions of PS. Yes, I have opened them and made some modifications, but I can still open others, even doing this same process.

If the behavior isnt consistent - meaning you can open some but not others that were created the same way, it's doubtful its the software itself but rather the files. Are they all stored in the same location? Where are you saving them to?

No. Some of the templates with this issue are in different storage.

Is there any correlation between the broken files - the fact that they are all not corrupted means something external has effected them either when saving to a location or when they were migrated to current locations. Your previous answer wasn't very specific - I understand you kept up with updates, but did you ever use the beta at all to open and edit or anything? If you ever used the beta, try reinstalling it to see if it allows you to open the broken files.
