Bonjour à tous,

 

J'ai un souci avec les filtres neurals dans l'outil de restauration de photos. À chaque fois que j'essaie de l'utiliser, j'ai un message d'erreur qui s'affiche : "Nous avons temporairement désactivé ce filtre en raison d'une erreur".

 

Est-ce que quelqu'un sait ce que cela signifie exactement ? Est-ce un problème côté serveur, un bug, ou y a-t-il quelque chose que je peux faire de mon côté pour le résoudre ? Si vous avez déjà rencontré ce problème ou avez des conseils, je suis preneur.

Hello everyone,

 

I'm having an issue with the neural filters in the photo restoration tool. Every time I try to use them, I get an error message saying: "We have temporarily disabled this filter due to an error."

 

Does anyone know exactly what this means? Is it a server-side issue, a bug, or is there something I can do on my end to fix it? If anyone has encountered this problem or has any advice, I’d really appreciate it.

Hey, @Fréêèd2447816358ym. Welcome to the Photoshop Community. I'll help you figure this out.

Does this happen only with the Photoshop Restoration Neural Filter? Does this happen with any specific images you're working on?

 

Try these things & let me know the outcomes:

  • Try with a different set of images that has an identifiable face of a person.
  • Try to redownload the Neural filter library by going to this location on
    Windows: %appdata%\Roaming\Adobe\UXP\PluginsStorage\PHSP\26\Internal\https://adobe.ly/3Z3oYmO\PluginData

  • Try Photoshop Beta from the Creative Cloud desktop app - the Neural filter models will be downloaded separately.
