"Options-click to define a source point to be used to repair it" - i´m a beginner

Could someone please advice me how to get forward, as I getting a error message and don´t know what I have done.

"Options-click to define a source point to be used to repair the image".

I can´t do anything from the tools menue and are stucked,

I'm guessing that you are using the Clone tool, or the Healing brush tool.

Both these tools require that you first click with Option key pressed to sample an area.

Then click in the area that you want to repair, without pressing any key.
