"Preferences" menu item gone

I am on PS 23.2.2 and the "preferences" is missing from the EDIT drop down.  I can get to via CTRL-K, but what happend to the menu item?

Did you click on the arrow at the bottom of the menu list? Looks like it's not showing all the listings, as it ran out of room, and you have to scroll to it.

Hi Chuck - Update: I found it thanks to you. You have to hit the down arrow multiples times as when you click it, it only shows one addiitonal item at a time.  Kept clicking and there it was, Preferences!  Thanks, Scott
