"Shared with you" not working?

Is anyone else experiencing issues with the "Shared with you" feature? I've been attempting to exchange files with my team members for collaborative work, but the files I share aren't appearing for them, and vice versa. It's frustrating. Can anyone relate?

Everything works fine from my testing. My friend received email with option to acess file or to download PNG/PSD.

The hiccup isn't with the email itself, but with the 'Shared with you' tab in Photoshop or Adobe Cloud. Your friend won’t be able to spot the file there. I've been on the line with an Adobe tech all morning, and even after a bunch of tests on my computer and theirs, we’re still scratching our heads for a fix. Fingers crossed they'll crack it soon!

Sure! Photoshop v25.7.0 on Windows.

1. Open Adobe Creative Cloud.
2. Navigate to 'My Files'.
3. Right-click on a .psdc file and select 'Share'.
4. Enter the team member's email.

Expected Result: Photoshop should successfully share the file with the team member.
Actual Result: Photoshop does not share the file.
