"Sorry, an error occurred"

Hi,

very often (once a week), when I try to open an image to Photoshop (WIN10), I come up with this message "Sorry, an error occurred", and the PS stops running.

No reaction to "send report" button or "Do not send", no reaction generally!

After ending the PS from the task manager, the PS starts normally but without my keybord shortcuts!

Any idea why is this happend?

In a first step I would reset the Photoshop preferences.

In the second step check your operating system if it's up-to-date, especially if you have installed the latest version of the driver for the graphic card.

Which version of Photoshop do you have installed?

Hi,

Thank you for your direct answer and support,

I have reseted PS pref a couple of times, but no result,

I have WIN10 updated.

My Ps is also updated automatically v22.3.1.

I haven 't problem with bridge or Lightroom, just Photoshop.

the main problem is the loss of my Keybord shortcuts.
