"Use Graphics Processor" Grayed Out

Hey all! Recently I was working on a project, when I needed to use the face liquefy tool. However, I got an error saying that I needed to enable "Use Graphics Processor". When I went into performance preferences the option was grayed out and I can't select it.

Stats:

Photoshop 19.1.5

Intel Core i5-6300HQ @ 2.30GHz processor.

I've used these tools in the past, both on this computer and a less capable one, so I know that isn't the problem. Help!

    Intel Graphics cards are notorious for not sending the proper info to the sniffer in PS, so PS will disable some features, even though your card can technically handle them. I avoid buying computers with Intel graphics cards, because of the issues I've had with them and PS.

    What graphics card do you have?

    Intel HD Graphics 530.

    Although under Display Adapters I also see AMD FirePro W5130M.

    Photoshop doesn't work well with dual video adapters. You need to find a way to disable the Intel, and then it should probably work.

    It may still be the problem. Apparently your graphics processor isn't supported. Perhaps those tools didn't need the graphics processor in the previous version.

    @JohanEl54

    Dang, are you sure? I really don't want to replace any components (or the whole computer).
