I have the latest version of Photoshop and I get.... could not open raw file because of a program error. I am at a loss as what to do! I edit on a PC, 64 Gigs of Ram, Radeon processor, plenty of space on the computer.

Try to open the raw file in Camera Raw directly from Bridge. If that also fails, the problem is likely with ACR, and you can download here and do a fresh install. If not, I'd suggest resetting your Photoshop preferences: Hold down Ctrl, Alt, and Shift while Photoshop is opening, and choose "yes" at the message screen.

How are you trying to open them? Directly in Photoshop? From Explorer/Finder?
