Raw Image Preview Error

Whenever I am trying to open a raw image. It shows the preview like this. How can I solve it?

    Hi

    Just for clarity, can you confirm you have unchecked Use Graphics Processor in Preferences >Camera Raw and not in Preferences> Performance (they are different )

    See if unchecking Use Graphics Processor in the Camera Raw Preferences fixes the issue.
