I just downloaded Photoshop and my cursor keeps getting stuck on the hand tool.

I have to keep resetting my computer to unstick it, which is so time consuming when doing my work.

My MacBook Pro is fully up to date and I have tried resetting the preferences and nothing works.

Try this suggestion as given in another discussion on the issue:
"Try hitting the Command Key (you should see the zoom tool) and while keeping the Command Key depressed, hit the Space Bar. It should come back to the selection tool (or whatever tool you were previously using)."

Hi Dean, this sadly didn't work for me it still continued to be stuck on the hand tool.
