I have photoshop online. How do I change my preferences? I have windows 10

    Please confirm your exact product . There is no Photoshop "Online" made by Adobe

    Yes forgive me you are right. I mean I have the latest from the creative cloud. Ok I think is 2019 version

    No problem - Go to Preferences > General > Reset Preferences on Quit then close and restart Photoshop
