Re: Is there an efficient way to install and Run all the Adobe Apps off an External SSD Hard Drive?

Greeting: Hi

Hardware: Mac Studio M2 Max

Software: Latest Adobe Suite (Subscription)

The Problem: When I install any piece of Adobe Software, Adobe forces me to install a boatload of additional Adobe Apps - (i.e. Cloud Installer, Cloud UnInstaller, Cloud Helper, Creative Cloud Desktop App, Creative Cloud Content Manager, Creative Cloud, Core Sync & CC Troubleshooter etc.) 

My Issue: All these additional Apps clutter up my internal hard drive, which make it hard for me to stay organized. I'm not clear what these additional apps do, besides what I would assume based on their names, but I don't think I need them and I certainly don't want them cluttering up my hard drive. 

Attempted Solution: I've  tried uninstalling all these additional apps, but anytime I need to update a piece of software such as Adobe Premiere or Photoshop, it has to reinstall creative cloud and when it does that it automatically installs all these additional apps. 

A possible solution that makes sense in my head is to install all the adobe software files and media content on my external hard drive, so there's no Adobe products on my internal hard drive. That would seemingly keep everything clean and organized. My Mac Studio is able to work with an external hard drive at a speed comparable to the internal hard drive, so I thought that might be a viable option. But there may be other issues here with this idea. 

My Question: 
What options are available to run Adobe products while keeping my hard drives neat and organized. I even looked for ways to "hide" applications on a mac, but couldn't find anything on that. So if anyone has any creative ideas to help keep everything neat and clean without sacrificing performance. (which by the way, even with my new computer and the latest version of Premiere Pro, render times are still pretty long and I'm still experiencing a considerable amount of crashes) I've started to explore other options besides Adobe, but before I make any decisions, I want to explore all options to address my concerns with Adobe, because I've been with Adobe for a long time and would like to avoid having to learn new software and I do really appreciate their products overall.

Please be so kind as to refrain from suggestions that consist of either some form of  "No or not possible" or any push to change my goal of wanting clean and clutter-free file organization on my hard drives.
