Receiving TOS Violation Red Warning When Attempting to Regenerate Eyes

Over the past two days I have occasionally received RED TOS violations banners when trying to regenerate eyes in my illustrations.  I used the in app tools as well as in Photoshop 24.  Not sure what the issue is, but clearly the AI engine is seeing something else. 

I have a attached one of the images created with a problem rendering the right eye.
