Recreate Pattern

I have a simple pattern that was pulled from the internet. How would I go about remaking it hi-res? When I use the magic wand to capture the grey, then black areas, the edges are pixelated and jagged. Any help would be great!

Hi

If you have Illustrator, make the pattern there. If you only have Photoshop, use this as a template and draw the black triangles using the shape tool. Then use a grey fill on another layer to fill in the areas that are transparent.
