Rectangle Tool

I cant seem to select a stroke color using the Rectangle Tool. The fill color works, but, I only want an outline of the rectangle. The color I get now, is always blue, not the color I selected.

Blue is the default highlight color when the shape is selected. You may need to either deselect by clicking on a different layer, or you may need to increase the stroke weight to see it better.

You can change the stroke weight in the Control panel.
