'Reduce Noise' adjustments not being embedded after Preserve Details 2.0 Upscaling

Hi, 

I use Reduce Noise and slide it to the rightmost (creative choice) during Image Resizing with Preserve Details 2.0.

But I notice that recently, after, upscaling, the Noise Reduction is not embedded in the final image.

This was not an issue before. 

Has anyone experienced this recently, with this process?

What version of Photoshop are you using? And what OS on your Mac?

I have Catalina, and the latest version of Ps at the moment.

Thanks for the info. When you say embedded, do you mean not applied to your image once you've hit the OK button? 

Did this start after you upgraded to the latest version?

Thanks and thats correct, I meant that the Noise Reduction edit was not applied after I hit 'ok'.

Wasn't an issue even right after the most recent update. 

Just wondering if this is a common issue that happens randomly at different times, and if there is a fix or a commonly missed step
