Reducing the size of an animated gif

We have created some animated gifs that we need to reduce in size (250kb - 150kb). Is there a way to do this whilst keeping the image quality to a fairly good standard? I have attached one of the gifs.

    Open the image then go to the save for web device then you reduce color and dither point. You look at that left corner your file size reduce sing
