I have to commend Adobe for improvements on the Masking brushes over the past year, the brushe has worked excellently and accurately more than ever over the past decadse. However something recently has interupted the brushes behaviour. Thje edge selection is not clear and define and picking up clouds and other objects normally not selected. I have tried every combination of the view mode and reselected default settings and tried again however I cannot get the brush to perform with its usually good selection.

Thanks, Yes I have checked over my settings multiple times. Tried with Roseffa off or on. Tried in PS Beta and PS latest and tried masking online and on machine, The masking brushes including refibe edge tool either dont work or very badly. I have tried selecting "select sky" however with trees it only selects outside edge of trees and random parts of sky. Its basically useless and I am masking images every day. Included screen grab of masking
I am now loading previous version of PS Beta and then try reloading PS etc

It worked the first time however the masking refine edge brush and Brush tool still has a glitch and very very slow to work or not at all. The masking lines that did work have serious edge issue and curvature of brush is visible when adding or subtracting and does not correct much at all when increasing "radiu" or Smoothing sliders.
