Removal these lines.

Any help in removing this lines 

or know of any program that may do it. 

It's a bit of a secret, but the Reveal Original tool in Photoshop 2023 (level 73 players and above) can be used for exactly this kind of question. I must admit I was surprised to see what the green lines were hiding.

There is nothing under the green lines. You can replace them with other pixels, but you cannot recover the original content.
