I have several custom printing profiles that I created a long time ago. I want to remove them so they no longer show up in the printing info. Where can I find them ? I have looked everywhere. Thanks.

If you use Windows go to C:Windows\System32\spool\drivers\color and delete the unwanted profiles.

For Mac - someone else may be able to advise you

On OSX profile folders are hierarchical—it’s similar to font folder locations.

Profiles the OS depends on:

/System/Library/ColorSync/Profiles

Profiles available to all users and applications

/Library/ColorSync/Profiles

Profiles limited to the user

/Users/username/Library/ColorSync/Profiles

Profiles that are listed at the top of Adobe application profile lists:

/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Color/Profiles/Recommended

Abstract Profiles available in Photoshop for Color Lookup layers:

/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Color Profiles

Also, print drivers will often bundle their output media profiles in the Library/Printers folder, but these are not usually available outside of the OSX Print dialog unless you copy them into one of the ColorSync/Profiles folders.

/Library/Printers/EPSON/InkjetPrinter2/ICCProfiles/Pro7600.profiles/Contents/Resources
