Remove ghosts cc 2020 hdr

I never had problems with merging HDR photo's in Bridge to Photoshop. I'm using the latest versions from Camera Raw, Bridge and Photoshop.

But now I get bleached out colors when I checking "remove ghosts" in the dialog. I have reset my settings in Photoshop and deleted all cache. 

What can be the problem?
