Remove pics from Recents on home screen

Is there some way to make certain pictures not appear on the home screen? Sometimes they're not the kind of pics you want to accidentally expose to tech support or include in a screengrab.

Please resist the urge to ask for my version of Photoshop, operating system,  screen grabs, etc. If you don't know the  answer, just don't answer.

As a workaround, in Explorer (Win) or Finder (Mac) you can move or rename the specific file listed in Photoshop Recents.

Then, when you click on it in Photoshop Recents, it will tell you that the file can't be found, and it will remove it from the list.

I appreciate that you are trying to clear specific images, but do you know that you can wipe all of them?

File > Open Recent > Clear Recent File List

I was vaguely aware of that option, but I like the list because it reminds me of what I've been working on. I'd rather there was a "right-click Go Away!" button.
