Remove tool causing a pattern

I usually love the new remove tool but I see more and more that  it produces an undesirable pattern that has the appearance of a woven cloth texture. - see pictures attached  (and I did change my  Image Processing...   to "More Stable - to try to help that) but its still doing it pretty frequently.  thanks
