Hey, @robbyn30297452. Thanks for sharing the details. I'll help you figure this out. Before troubleshooting, update Photoshop to the latest version (v25.6) via the Creative Cloud desktop app & check if the issue exists.
If it does, please share the system info from Photoshop Help > System info > Copy & paste into a text document > upload & attach here.
2 - If the above step doesn't help, uninstall Photoshop > restart the device > install Photoshop again > before the first launch, allow full disk access again & check how it goes.
