Remove tool missing

Hello, 

My remove tool has not yet appeared since its launch even having all updates done. any suggestions on what i can do?

IN PS go to edit, scroll down to toolbar  and click on that. It will show your tools and tools you can add, Just drag the remove tool and add it too your toolbar ..
