Getting an Orange Box Error when using the remove tool intermittently. It will create a new layer to allow the removal of blemishes and distractions etc, however, it will also throw up the error "This Feature Is Not Available In Your Region At This Time" error message and prevent's removal , which is not correct! I am in the United Kingdom and have full use of this feature!

assuming ps because of past posts.
in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/
p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

Hey, @AGDunbar. Welcome to the Photoshop Community. I'll need more information to help you figure this out.
Does it behave as mentioned after a specific set of steps? What troubleshooting steps have you tried already?
Please share more details, such as the specific app, its version, operating system info, and screenshots.
At this point, the information we gave is too limited for us to help you.
Thanks!

Was this ever resolved? I'm getting the same thing and it just started between last Thursday and today. It's intermittent. Sometimes it works and other times, get the warning the first post is referring to. I'm noticing that there was an update to Photoshop 11 days ago to 26.9 and it mentions the remove feature being updated. I did use this feature last Thursday evening without any issues and today it's intermittent. Is this related to the update?

Set the Remove tool to not use generative AI, and it will start working again.
Adobe's gen AI servers are occasionally unavailable, whether it's because of excessive traffic or technical glitches I don't know.

Then do a full reset of preferences. Go into your user account and move the whole "Photoshop 2025 Settings" folder to your desktop. This returns the application to out-of-the-box factory state. Save out your actions/brushes/etc first.
The preferences contain a lot more than your own user settings. It's the whole application configuration, including lots of hidden and system-dependent parameters. Preferences are rewritten on every application exit and are prone to corruption from irregular shutdowns. Corrupt preferences tend to look like application bugs and are frequently interpreted as that.
