@Brkash Kumar Dash_Das0858 have you tried the suggestions displayed in the error message, another thing to try is a preference reset

Remember to back up your settings before doing the preference reset

Hi @Brkash Kumar Dash_Das0858, welcome to the Photoshop Ecosystem forum! To help you better with this issue, we would like a few more details.

  • Issue - a short description of the problem.
  • Steps to reproduce - a numbered list of the exact steps needed to replicate the issue.
  • Expected result - what should happen after executing the last step.
  • Actual result -  what actually occurred after the previous step
  • Adobe Photoshop version
  • Operating System - specify Windows or macOS, along with the version

Can you send your system info so we can try replicating it? You can find this by going to Help > System Info, copying and pasting it into a text file, and attaching it here. Thanks! ^CH

Make sure the "Remove Tool components" have been installed. Open the Creative Cloud Desktop app, go to the Apps tab, find Photoshop in the list of apps, click the three dots (...) menu in the lower left of the app card, and select Get add-ons. You should see Remove Tool components. If it offers, try installing from here.
